South West Metal Finishing is proud to announce that Kerry Wilson and Tony Ennis recently successfully completed the Leadership and Development Program for Front Line Managers run by Exelin. The course, which was run over a 16 week period, covered Leadership Personal Development Skills and Operational Technical Development Skills and concluded with Kerry and Tony completing a company improvement project and presentation.
